Web design Northern Ireland built to win enquiries
Custom, AI-enhanced websites for businesses in Belfast, Derry, Newry, Omagh, Enniskillen, Armagh and every town in between. One person designs, builds and looks after your site — and the whole point of it is to turn a search into a phone call.
What we do
Websites for NI businesses that need customers, not compliments
JF Web Development designs and builds bespoke websites for small and growing businesses across Northern Ireland. You deal directly with the person doing the work — from the first conversation through design, build, review and launch. Nothing is templated and nothing is handed off to an unknown team.
Northern Ireland has its own commercial rhythm. A groundworks contractor in Tyrone, a barber in Belfast and an activity provider on Lough Erne are all judged in the first ten seconds by a stranger on a phone. The site has to answer the obvious questions immediately: what you do, where you cover, roughly what it costs to work with you, and how to reach you now.
A large share of NI trade also runs across the border, so we write and structure pages for both markets: sterling and euro pricing where relevant, coverage areas stated plainly, and location pages that pick up searches from Donegal, Monaghan and Louth as well as your own county.
Where we work
Web design by county
Web design Antrim
Belfast and Lisburn trades, Causeway Coast tourism and salons competing in the busiest market in the North.
Web design Down
Newry, Bangor and Newcastle — commuter-belt services, hospitality and coastal visitor businesses.
Web design Derry
Derry city and the north west, where cross-border customers and city-centre trade both matter.
Web design Armagh
Portadown, Lurgan and Craigavon — manufacturing, agri-business and established family firms.
Web design Tyrone
Omagh, Cookstown and Dungannon — engineering, plant, construction and rural service businesses.
Web design Fermanagh
Enniskillen and the lakelands, where tourism, activity providers and local trades rely on being found first.
AI-enhanced websites
What sets our builds apart
Most small business websites are brochures. We build sites that keep working while you are on a job, on site or asleep — capturing enquiries, answering questions and booking appointments without you touching a keyboard.
AI chatbot trained on your business
It answers real questions about your services, coverage area and availability, captures enquiries overnight and hands you the details already gathered.
Booking that runs itself
Customers reserve calls, quotes or appointments straight from the site, synced to your calendar with confirmations sent automatically.
AI-assisted monitoring
Your care plan uses automated checks to spot broken pages, slow performance and security issues before a customer ever does.

Northern Ireland web design FAQs
Do you work with businesses across Northern Ireland?
Yes. We build websites for businesses in all six counties — Antrim, Down, Derry, Armagh, Tyrone and Fermanagh — and everything is handled remotely by video call, phone and email, so location is never a limitation.
Can you price in pounds sterling?
Our published care plan prices are listed in euro plus VAT, but we quote and invoice Northern Ireland clients in sterling on request. The figure is agreed in writing before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Our customers come from both sides of the border — can the site handle that?
That is a normal requirement for us. We set up your service and location pages so you show up for searches on both sides, list coverage areas plainly, and make phone numbers, currency and delivery or travel details clear to whoever lands on the page.
How long does a Northern Ireland website take to build?
A one-page site is usually ready in one to two weeks, and a full business site in roughly three to five weeks. The main variable is how quickly text, photos and feedback come back to us — you see a private preview link early and review as we build.
Do we have to take a monthly care plan?
Yes. Every website we build includes a mandatory monthly care plan. A website is software, and without monitoring, security checks and updates it quietly gets slower, less secure and less accurate. The plan keeps it working and gives you unlimited minor edits.
Will our website be found on Google in our own town?
That is exactly what the structure is built for. Each service and each main town you serve gets its own properly written page, with clean technical foundations, so you can rank for local searches instead of competing only on the county name.
