1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of website design, bespoke website development, e-commerce solutions, website care subscriptions, technical maintenance, AI-assisted digital services and related services supplied by JF Web Development ("we", "us", "our").

1.2. The person, company or organisation purchasing our services is referred to as the "Client", "Customer" or "you".

1.3. JF Web Development is an independent website development and digital services business operated by Judson Ferreira, based at 14 Woodlawn Park, Borris, Co. Carlow, R95 AP52, Ireland.

1.4. These Terms apply to orders and agreements entered into on or after the effective date stated above, unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing.

1.5. By actively accepting these Terms during the ordering process, the Client agrees to the applicable service agreement, payment obligations, service conditions and cancellation provisions.

1.6. Acceptance of these Terms does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law, European Union law or other applicable mandatory legislation.

2. Business and Consumer Customers

2.1. Our services are primarily intended for businesses, sole traders, companies and organisations requiring professional website development and support.

2.2. A Client purchasing services wholly or mainly for business or professional purposes will ordinarily be treated as a business customer.

2.3. Where a Client qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, the additional statutory protections applying to consumer contracts will remain in force.

2.4. A declaration that a purchase is made for business purposes does not override the Client's actual legal status.

2.5. Any provision of these Terms that conflicts with a non-excludable statutory right will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

3. Formation of the Contract

3.1. A contract is formed when the Client accepts an applicable quotation or order and completes any required acceptance or payment process, and JF Web Development confirms the order.

3.2. The agreement comprises:

  • These Terms & Conditions.
  • The applicable service description.
  • The individually agreed quotation or order summary.
  • The payment schedule and any minimum contract duration.
  • Any additional written project-specific agreement.

3.3. Before entering a paid subscription, the Client must be informed of its price, introductory period, payment frequency, total scheduled charges, minimum term and cancellation conditions.

3.4. For bespoke website-development projects, the individual quotation will explain the agreed project price, scope of work, applicable charges and payment conditions.

3.5. The Client must have a reasonable opportunity to review the applicable terms and financial commitments before completing an order.

3.6. Any material inconsistency between a quotation, checkout page and published marketing information must be resolved before the order is accepted. An individually agreed written quotation or order summary will determine the particular services and charges, subject to applicable law.

3.7. We will provide an order confirmation and the applicable contractual information by email or another appropriate durable medium.

4. Our Website Development Services

4.1. Depending on the selected package or individually agreed quotation, JF Web Development may provide:

  • Custom website design and development.
  • Mobile-responsive website creation.
  • Business and e-commerce websites.
  • Landing pages and conversion-focused design.
  • Search-engine optimisation foundations.
  • Website performance optimisation.
  • Booking systems and business integrations.
  • Website content and copywriting assistance.
  • Website maintenance and technical support.
  • AI-assisted features, website development and automation.

4.2. The precise deliverables are those specified in the agreed quotation, proposal or service package.

4.3. Features, functionality, integrations or additional work not included in the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.

4.4. JF Web Development uses Lovable AI, available at https://lovable.dev, as a principal AI-assisted platform for the design, development and creation of websites. Additional supporting development technologies may also be used where appropriate.

4.5. We primarily develop and support websites through our supported development processes and infrastructure, including technologies associated with Lovable AI.

4.6. We do not ordinarily maintain or modify websites created by other developers unless we expressly agree to do so in writing.

4.7. Website-development projects and recurring website-care plans are separate products unless the accepted order expressly combines them.

Bespoke Website Pricing and Individual Quotations

4.8. JF Web Development does not publish standard fixed prices for bespoke website design and development projects.

4.9. This is because every Client has different business requirements, objectives, design preferences, technical specifications and functionality needs.

4.10. Each website is individually assessed. The price quoted to one Client may therefore differ from the price quoted to another Client.

4.11. Factors that may influence the price of a website include:

  • The number of pages required.
  • The complexity of the design and layout.
  • The level of custom development required.
  • E-commerce functionality.
  • Booking systems and customer portals.
  • AI-assisted features and chatbot integrations.
  • Third-party services and integrations.
  • Search-engine optimisation requirements.
  • Content creation and migration.
  • Hosting requirements and technical infrastructure.
  • Security, testing and deployment requirements.
  • The overall time and resources required to complete the project.

4.12. As website projects are individually specified, we do not operate a universal public price list for bespoke website-development services.

4.13. Clients may request a personalised quotation through our website or by contacting JF Web Development directly.

4.14. Following an assessment of the Client's requirements, we will issue an individual quotation describing the proposed services and associated charges.

4.15. The Client will be informed of the agreed price, or the legally required method of determining it where the final amount cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, before entering into a binding purchase agreement.

4.16. No Client is required to accept a quotation merely because they have requested information or discussed a potential project with us.

4.17. Where work is requested outside the accepted quotation, additional charges must be communicated and appropriately authorised before the additional work is undertaken.

4.18. The absence of publicly advertised bespoke-development prices does not affect our obligation to provide transparent contractual and pricing information before a Client commits to purchase.

4.19. Website-care subscription prices are treated separately and will be disclosed as required before the Client enters the relevant subscription agreement.

5. Website Design Projects and Delivery

5.1. Before commencing a website-development project, we will agree the scope, price, expected deliverables and applicable payment arrangements through an individual quotation or project agreement.

5.2. The Client is responsible for supplying accurate business information, content, branding, images, relevant account access and approvals needed to complete the project.

5.3. Project timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is expressly agreed as binding.

5.4. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable third-party services or delayed Client feedback may affect the delivery schedule.

5.5. We may provide previews, demonstrations or review opportunities during development.

5.6. Reasonable revisions included in the agreed package will be completed according to the project scope. Substantial changes or additional functionality may incur separately agreed charges.

5.7. Website publication will take place once the agreed requirements have been met and any payments due at that stage have been made.

5.8. We will perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill and provide the remedies required where we fail to meet applicable contractual or statutory standards.

5.9. A fixed-term website-care agreement does not automatically change the refund, cancellation or delivery terms of a separate one-time website-development project.

5.10. A quotation issued to one Client does not establish a standard price or entitlement to equivalent pricing for another Client. Each quotation reflects the requirements and scope of the particular project.

5.11. All agreed payment milestones, deposits and outstanding balances will be identified before the relevant binding agreement is concluded.

6. Fixed-Term Website Care Agreement

IMPORTANT — MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION COMMITMENT

6.1. JF Web Development offers fixed-term website care plans intended to provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, monitoring and related services.

6.2. Where the 30-day complimentary offer applies, the subscription consists of:

Period 1 — Complimentary Service

An initial period of 30 consecutive days at €0 subscription charge.

Periods 2–12 — Paid Service

Eleven successive monthly paid service periods at the agreed plan price.

6.3. The Client agrees to this complete arrangement at the time the subscription contract is entered into, subject to any applicable statutory withdrawal rights and other legal termination rights.

6.4. The complimentary period is part of the fixed-term agreement. It does not create a separate contractual entitlement to cancel at any time without regard to the agreed minimum term.

6.5. The Client will not be charged a subscription fee during the initial 30-day complimentary period.

6.6. The first recurring payment becomes due when the complimentary period ends, according to the billing date disclosed to the Client.

6.7. Eleven monthly subscription payments are then scheduled at the agreed rate.

6.8. Because the initial period is 30 days rather than a calendar month, the total elapsed period may not be exactly 12 calendar months. The precise subscription commencement and end dates must be confirmed in the Client's order documentation.

6.9. The service term ends following the final agreed paid service period unless both parties separately agree to extend or renew the service.

6.10. The subscription will not automatically enter a new paid annual commitment without the Client's separate authorisation.

7. Website Care Plan Pricing

The following prices apply to the stated standard care-plan offer unless a different price is expressly agreed and disclosed before purchase:

PlanComplimentary PeriodMonthly PaymentPaid MonthsTotal Scheduled Charges
Essential Care30 days free€3911€429
Business Care30 days free€7911€869
Pro Care30 days free€14911€1,639

7.1. The applicable Client order must identify the selected care plan and the exact price payable.

7.2. The initial subscription charge is €0 during the introductory period.

7.3. The relevant monthly rate applies to each of the 11 subsequent paid periods.

7.4. The above figures represent the scheduled subscription charges without additional separately agreed services or any legally applicable transaction taxes.

7.5. JF Web Development will not charge VAT unless required and entitled to do so under applicable tax law. Any applicable taxes and the total price must be clearly disclosed as legally required.

7.6. Additional services, upgrades or third-party costs will not be charged without an appropriate agreement or other lawful basis.

7.7. Prices agreed for an existing fixed term will not be increased unilaterally contrary to applicable law or the accepted contract.

7.8. These care-plan prices do not constitute public prices or quotations for the design and development of a new website.

7.9. Bespoke website-development charges will be determined under the individual quotation process described in Section 4.

8. Minimum Term and Early Cancellation

FIXED-TERM COMMITMENT

8.1. The care plans described in Section 6 are fixed-term service agreements. They are not ordinary month-to-month subscriptions that the Client may freely cancel for convenience at any time.

8.2. For business customers, there is no general contractual right to terminate the agreement early solely because the Client changes their mind, decides the service is no longer required, changes provider or experiences a change in business priorities.

8.3. A business Client agrees to the applicable minimum service term and its scheduled payment obligations, provided JF Web Development continues to comply with its own contractual obligations.

8.4. The Client's decision not to use available services does not, by itself, constitute a cancellation of the fixed-term agreement or remove otherwise lawful payment obligations.

8.5. A request to stop future automatic payment collection does not, by itself, determine whether the underlying contract has legally ended.

8.6. If a business Client seeks early release, both parties may agree in writing to an early termination arrangement. Any settlement amount must be legally recoverable and must not operate as an unlawful penalty.

8.7. We will not automatically demand every future installment as an immediate penalty simply because a Client requests cancellation or a payment fails.

8.8. Where the Client has a legally valid right to terminate, including because of our material failure to provide the agreed service, the Client may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.

8.9. Consumer cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights are preserved as explained in Sections 9 and 10.

8.10. A subscription's fixed-term nature does not prevent either party from invoking legal remedies for serious breach, unlawful conduct or other circumstances where termination is permitted by law.

9. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

9.1. Where the Client qualifies as a consumer entering into an eligible online service or digital-service contract, a statutory right to withdraw will generally apply.

9.2. Under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, qualifying consumers ordinarily have 14 days from conclusion of an online service contract in which to withdraw without giving a reason.

9.3. The 30-day complimentary introductory period is separate from the statutory withdrawal period. It does not replace, remove or shorten a statutory withdrawal entitlement.

9.4. A consumer wishing to withdraw may notify JF Web Development using a clear statement sent to:

judson@jfwebdev.com

9.5. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms but is not required to use that particular form.

9.6. Where required by law, if the consumer wishes us to commence performance during the statutory withdrawal period, we will obtain the necessary separate express request and provide the required information and acknowledgement.

9.7. Requesting that services commence during the withdrawal period does not automatically remove the withdrawal right for an ongoing, incompletely performed service agreement.

9.8. Where withdrawal is validly exercised, any permitted charge for services already supplied will be calculated in accordance with applicable law. Otherwise, the relevant statutory refund requirements will apply.

9.9. Refunds legally due following withdrawal will be processed without undue delay and within the legally prescribed deadline.

9.10. Additional statutory withdrawal protections or exceptions may apply depending on the Client's circumstances and the type of contract. Nothing in this section excludes those protections.

10. Refund Policy

10.1. JF Web Development does not ordinarily offer discretionary refunds solely because a Client changes their mind after entering into a valid, binding fixed-term contract.

10.2. Fees for services properly supplied during completed paid service periods will not ordinarily be refunded merely because the Client chooses not to use the available services.

10.3. A refund, price reduction, repair, repeat performance or another appropriate remedy will be provided where required by applicable law.

10.4. Circumstances that may give rise to a refund or other remedy include:

  • A valid statutory withdrawal.
  • Failure to provide the agreed service.
  • A serious breach of contract.
  • A qualifying defect or lack of conformity.
  • An incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised payment.
  • Another circumstance in which applicable law provides a remedy.

10.5. We will not rely on these Terms to retain payment for services that have not been supplied where doing so would be unlawful.

10.6. Where a refund is required, it will ordinarily be made through the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed.

10.7. Nothing in this Refund Policy removes the Client's lawful right to raise a payment dispute or obtain an applicable statutory remedy.

11. Stripe Payments and Recurring Billing

11.1. JF Web Development uses Stripe as a third-party provider for online payment processing, subscription billing and related payment services.

11.2. Customers may be directed to a Stripe-hosted checkout page to enter their billing details and authorise applicable payments.

11.3. The Client authorises the recurring charges expressly disclosed in the accepted subscription order.

11.4. For the relevant introductory offer, no subscription payment is scheduled during the first 30 days.

11.5. After the complimentary period, Stripe is authorised to attempt collection of the 11 agreed monthly charges as they fall due, subject to any lawful cancellation or modification.

11.6. Stripe may process and retain payment credentials in accordance with its applicable terms, privacy notices and security arrangements.

11.7. JF Web Development does not ordinarily store full card numbers or card security codes processed directly by Stripe.

11.8. The Client agrees to maintain accurate and authorised billing details.

11.9. We may provide invoices, receipts, subscription confirmations and payment notifications electronically.

11.10. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. The underlying service contract remains between the Client and JF Web Development.

11.11. Stripe's technical subscription settings do not override statutory consumer rights or determine whether a contractual provision is legally enforceable.

11.12. We will configure the subscription to end after the agreed final service period and will not create an additional paid renewal without an appropriate contractual basis and authorisation.

12. Failed Payments

12.1. If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe or JF Web Development may notify the Client.

12.2. The Client may be asked to update their payment method or resolve an outstanding invoice.

12.3. Stripe may make further payment attempts where permitted by the applicable payment authorisation and law.

12.4. Where an undisputed charge remains unpaid, we may provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the default.

12.5. Material non-payment may result in suspension of affected services where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

12.6. Suspension or cancellation of a Stripe payment method does not automatically extinguish otherwise lawful outstanding contractual obligations.

12.7. We will not impose undisclosed payment penalties or seek amounts that are not legally recoverable.

13. Scope of Website Care Services

13.1. Care plans are intended to provide continuing support for eligible websites built or managed through our supported infrastructure.

13.2. Depending on the purchased plan, services may include website availability monitoring, technical checks, security review, updates, maintenance, minor content changes, reporting and related assistance.

13.3. Only features expressly described in the selected plan or order are included.

13.4. Minor edits generally refer to reasonable adjustments to existing website content, text, images or components.

13.5. Minor edits do not automatically include new website builds, major redesigns, extensive new pages, bespoke systems or substantial new integrations.

13.6. Additional development work may require a separate quotation and acceptance.

13.7. Response priorities, service availability and any support limits will be governed by the applicable plan description or written service schedule.

13.8. Website monitoring and maintenance do not guarantee immunity from cyberattacks, third-party outages or every technical failure.

13.9. We do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, website traffic, leads or revenue unless a specific measurable obligation is expressly accepted in writing.

13.10. We remain responsible for supplying the contracted services with the level of care and skill required under applicable law.

13.11. Where a Business Care or Pro Care plan advertises an annual design refresh, the Client qualifies only after completing the initial fixed term and renewing onto an eligible active plan. The refresh applies to existing pages and styling only.

14. Client Responsibilities

14.1. The Client must provide accurate and lawful business information, website content and relevant instructions.

14.2. The Client warrants that they have the necessary permissions to supply logos, images, text, customer information and other materials for use in the project.

14.3. The Client must review and approve important business information before website publication, including prices, legal notices, business claims and regulated content.

14.4. The Client must cooperate reasonably with requests necessary to deliver the agreed services.

14.5. The Client remains responsible for the legality of their own business operations, products, advertising claims and materials, except to the extent responsibility is expressly assumed by JF Web Development or imposed on us by law.

14.6. The Client must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious activities.

15. Lovable AI and AI-Assisted Website Development

Disclosure of AI-Assisted Development

15.1. JF Web Development uses Lovable AI as a principal development platform for creating and building customer websites.

15.2. Lovable AI is an artificial-intelligence-assisted website and application development platform that enables the generation, modification and development of digital projects using AI technology.

15.3. By purchasing website development services, the Client acknowledges that Lovable AI may be used as part of the process of creating, developing, testing and maintaining their website.

15.4. Lovable AI may assist with:

  • Generating website layouts, pages and design components.
  • Creating HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other application code.
  • Developing responsive website interfaces.
  • Implementing functionality and integrations.
  • Creating or modifying website content.
  • Debugging and technical testing.
  • Improving website functionality and performance.
  • Developing interactive features and business applications.

15.5. Additional AI assistants, testing tools, design applications and third-party development technologies may be used where appropriate.

15.6. Website development is managed by JF Web Development. We may use AI-generated code and components alongside human review, configuration, customisation and testing.

15.7. The Client understands that purchasing a custom website from JF Web Development does not mean that every component has been manually written without AI assistance.

15.8. Our responsibility is to provide the deliverables and standards agreed with the Client, regardless of whether AI-assisted or conventional development tools are used.

AI Output, Review and Intellectual Property

15.9. AI-generated materials may require correction, refinement, security review and additional testing.

15.10. We will take reasonable steps to review and adapt AI-assisted outputs in accordance with the agreed project requirements.

15.11. AI-generated content or code may not always be unique, and exclusive intellectual-property protection may depend on the nature of the material and applicable law.

15.12. The Client's rights in the website and deliverables will be determined by the accepted project agreement, applicable intellectual-property law and relevant third-party licensing arrangements.

15.13. Use of Lovable AI does not remove the Client's applicable rights concerning service quality, reasonable care and skill, contractual performance or legally required remedies.

Third-Party Platform and Data Processing

15.14. Lovable AI is provided by a third party, separate from JF Web Development.

15.15. Its platform, infrastructure and underlying technology may be subject to Lovable's applicable terms, privacy policies, licensing arrangements and technical limitations.

15.16. Information, prompts, files and technical materials entered into AI-assisted development systems may be processed through the relevant provider's infrastructure and associated services.

15.17. Where personal or confidential information is involved, JF Web Development will apply appropriate safeguards and comply with relevant data-protection obligations.

15.18. We will not treat acceptance of these Terms as blanket permission to process sensitive personal data without an appropriate lawful basis.

15.19. Where AI-powered chatbots or other customer-facing AI systems are deployed, any legally required notices about AI interaction and data processing will be addressed in the applicable implementation.

15.20. We do not guarantee that a third-party AI platform will operate without interruption or remain unchanged. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law or our agreement places upon us.

16. Intellectual Property and Website Ownership

16.1. The Client retains rights in original materials they lawfully supply, including their own branding, logos, text, photographs and trademarks.

16.2. Third-party software, licensed graphics, fonts, templates, libraries, hosting technology, Lovable AI and other development platforms remain subject to their respective licences and rights.

16.3. Ownership or licensing of completed custom website deliverables will be determined by the agreed project proposal, applicable law and relevant third-party rights.

16.4. Unless separately agreed, the Client does not acquire ownership of JF Web Development's pre-existing tools, development systems, proprietary components or third-party technology merely by purchasing website services.

16.5. Where a project uses Lovable AI or another supported platform, any material technical restrictions affecting website hosting, portability, export or migration will be disclosed before purchase.

16.6. Domain ownership, hosting arrangements and access rights will be specified in the applicable project agreement.

16.7. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Client should register and retain control of their own domain name.

16.8. On lawful termination, we will address the return or export of Client-owned materials and personal data in accordance with applicable contractual, licensing and legal obligations.

16.9. Any separately chargeable migration or transition service must be agreed before the fee is incurred.

17. Hosting and Third-Party Services

17.1. Website operation may depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, email providers, booking systems, Lovable AI and other third parties.

17.2. The applicable quotation will identify which hosting, software subscriptions and third-party charges are included, if any.

17.3. Charges for services not included in the agreed package remain the Client's responsibility where disclosed and accepted.

17.4. Third-party outages and failures can affect website availability.

17.5. We will take reasonable steps within our agreed responsibilities to assist with relevant technical issues.

17.6. The continued availability of a website after the expiration of a care plan depends on its separate hosting and platform arrangements. These must be disclosed in the project or hosting agreement.

17.7. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Confidentiality and Data Protection

18.1. We will use reasonable measures to protect confidential information provided during the business relationship.

18.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the GDPR and Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

18.3. Our Privacy Policy is available at:

https://jfwebdev.com/privacy

18.4. Stripe, Lovable AI and other authorised service providers may process relevant information where necessary for payment processing, technical operations, website development and the provision of agreed services, subject to applicable legal requirements.

18.5. Where JF Web Development processes personal data on behalf of a Client, appropriate data-processing arrangements will be put in place where legally required.

18.6. We will apply appropriate security and confidentiality measures to personal data processed within our responsibilities.

18.7. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent for unrelated marketing or optional personal-data processing.

19. Service Suspension and Termination for Cause

19.1. Either party may exercise a right to terminate where the other party commits a sufficiently serious breach and termination is permitted by the contract or applicable law.

19.2. Where reasonably appropriate and legally required, the party alleging a breach should notify the other party and provide a suitable opportunity to remedy it.

19.3. We may take proportionate protective action in response to serious security threats, unlawful activity or material payment default, subject to applicable law.

19.4. A Client's legal right to terminate because of JF Web Development's failure to perform is not removed by the fixed-term agreement.

19.5. On lawful termination, the parties will address accrued charges, any required refunds, access arrangements, Client materials and other applicable exit obligations.

20. Liability and Service Standards

20.1. We will provide services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the accepted contract.

20.2. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or guaranteed commercial performance unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated in writing.

20.3. We will not be responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the Client, misuse of the website or events outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law imposes responsibility on us.

20.4. For business-to-business agreements, liability for indirect commercial loss may be limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to the particular contract.

20.5. Nothing in these Terms excludes or unlawfully limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer remedies or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20.6. Any contractual limitation must be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law and the actual circumstances of the agreement.

21. Amendments to the Terms

21.1. We may update these Terms for future customers and future orders.

21.2. The version accepted when a Client enters into a fixed-term agreement will ordinarily continue to govern that agreement throughout its agreed term.

21.3. We will not unilaterally change the price, minimum duration or essential obligations of an existing fixed-term agreement in a manner that is inconsistent with the agreement or applicable law.

21.4. Material changes requiring Client agreement will be communicated for appropriate acceptance before taking effect.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

22.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

22.2. Where a consumer benefits from mandatory protections under another applicable jurisdiction, these Terms do not remove those protections.

22.3. The parties should initially seek to resolve any complaint or dispute through direct communication.

22.4. Customers may contact us at judson@jfwebdev.com regarding payments, quotations, subscription terms, service quality or other contractual concerns.

22.5. Nothing in these Terms prevents a Client from accessing competent courts, statutory regulators or legally available dispute-resolution procedures.

23. Express Fixed-Term Subscription Acknowledgement

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBSCRIBING

For a website care plan purchased under the complimentary introductory offer, the Client expressly acknowledges:

A. The subscription provides an initial 30 days at no subscription charge.

B. After that period, 11 monthly subscription payments are scheduled at the agreed plan price.

C. The agreement is a fixed-term service commitment, not a freely cancellable month-to-month arrangement.

D. A business Client does not ordinarily have a contractual right to terminate early simply because they change their mind or no longer wish to use the service.

E. Discretionary refunds for properly supplied services are not ordinarily available solely because of a change of mind.

F. All applicable statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund and service-quality rights remain protected.

G. Recurring payments are processed using Stripe or another expressly authorised payment provider.

H. JF Web Development uses Lovable AI as an AI-assisted platform to create and develop customer websites.

I. The selected care plan, scheduled charges, payment dates, contract duration and service scope must be clearly disclosed before the order is placed.

J. The subscription will end after its agreed service period unless a separate renewal is expressly authorised.

K. Bespoke website development is priced through individual quotations rather than a universal publicly advertised website-development price list.

By actively accepting these Terms and completing the applicable checkout, the Client confirms their understanding of the contractual commitment and associated payment obligations, subject to applicable law.
